Colorado's urban planning is a model for the rest of the country. There aren't really any ghettos here anymore. They have used social programs and brilliant ideas to really clean it up. Crime has gone WAY down.

yeah yeah i was expecting that. :P

for the record, way back in '06, the username i used was 'windingstairs.' someone shortened it to 'windy,' and it stuck. so it was actually originally pronounced 'waindy,' but has since evolved to just 'windy.'

wv sucks but at least it's pretty. parts of pa are ok. delaware is the one you really need to avoid at all costs.
