i can pretty much sleep through anything i guess. i have a window that shines right on my face cause i don't have curtains, and my 7 birds share my room with me and can get pretty loud. i just sleep right through it.

my mom will eventually come in and wake me up (around 3 - 3:30) so i try to plan around that. usually i go to bed around 4-5 am and wake up sometime 11:30 - 1. i would go to bed later but i really fucking hate going to bed when the birds are chirping. the light bothers me too but not as much.

THIS.

It's annoying because they usually start chirping JUST before any light is actually coming up, so I know when I'm laying in bed trying to fall asleep and the birds start chirping I'm pretty much screwed.

at my parents', 4:10 is the absolute latest i can go to bed without either birds or light bothering me. if i take too long to fall asleep though i'm fucked ... so ideally i'd be in bed every night by 4. rarely happens though.
I think the last remnants of any discernable sleeping pattern died out for me, oh, I don't know... half a year ago? Or has it been a year already? I go to bed whenever I feel like it and get up basically the same way, whenever I feel like it. Go go unemployment.

No, I'm not actually enjoying the fact I'm unemployed, hence the plans to go into business for myself.

man, nathan's and my schedules are so fucked up. i get up around 6-7 in the evening and he gets up around 8-10. i go to bed anywhere from 6-9 in the morning, and he goes to bed anywhere from 9-12. crazy shit.

so does nate get up at 8-10 am or pm?
Probably pm and going to bed am, because otherweise his schedule wouldn't be fucked up.

Sleeping until around 11-2 am/pm always makes me feel like the day's already over, so I try to avoid getting to bed much later than 11 pm.

Yeah I used to hate waking up at 12-2pm on the weekends during the school week, but now that's summer is here the daytime is only used to get ready for the night time. Day time is when I work, do my chores, invite any friends over, get some food/snacks, and then once night comes around I just chill with my friends and/or play video games.
My sleep schedule has been a joke as of late.  I sleep when I'm tired and seem to have no control over when that might be.

Some friends and me once stayed at a friend's place for one week during winter. Crazy thing was, we always went to bed in the morning at around 8-10 am and got up at around 16 to 18 pm.

It was night. Everyday. We never saw an even remotely bright sky once. It was pitch black everyday for us.

Jeez, am I the only one on this forum who goes to bed before midnight and wakes up before noon? gah
Nope. I'm still at college, and so have to sleep around that.

I work nights.  I might go to sleep around 10 AM, but if I can duke it out with the sandman I might make it to...  anywhere from 1 to 3 or 4 PM.  Yet, it's pretty irritating sometimes waking up in the afternoon and knowing I haven't had a full 8 hours of sleep.  Usually I'll try to get a few more hours of sleep in the late evening before I have to get up again to get ready to go to work.

I haven't done it in a while -probably because of it being summer time- but I would put a blanket over my head so I wouldn't be bothered by light.  On my nights off -if I go to sleep- it seems like I have more vivid dreams...  and, I just know that that first night back at work is going to be a real battle to stay awake.  Between 3 and 4 AM always seems to be the worst.

In other news.  The local Pizza-Hut is selling any pizza for $10.00.  So I phoned in an order for a large supreme.  When I went to pick it up they gave me 2 mediums since they didn't have any large pans left.  So, I believe I should've gotten more pizza with 2 mediums instead of 1 large. aiwebs_008

I have two here.

I've never had a serious problem with noises keeping me up. Conversations though are difficult for me to tune out.
if i sleep without an alarm i wake up 1-2 hours later every day. so that's what i've been doing. woke up at 11 pm today and probably going to go to bed early afternoon. working on my own schedule this summer and it's working out ok so far, better than artificially limiting myself anyway.

i have this massive chigger bite on the inside of my left arm. the white part was the size of a dime earlier, and the red part goes out farther than that. every time it bumped on my clothes it stung like crazy despite the itch lotion i put on it, so i finally just put a bandaid on it. i think it's making other parts of my body itch, too. AAAAAAAHHHHHH why do i taste like candy to unwanted little bugs~

but at least it's not on my ass or something.

it's really bothering me so i wanted to complain about it.

Uh!  Read this (see the pic on the right).

That was the first thing I thought of when you described that bite.  But I don't know what it looks like exactly on you...

Anyway.  Lyme disease is serious!  Better to be safe than sorry.
