lol @ 9.20 grade. so far it looks like this game gives you way more for way less than the first one. i'm getting like 3 per battle atm.
gyrotechnic lollipop
yeah getting grade was a total bitch in the first one.
What the hell are Artes? Are they like the Tales of games' version of techs?
red chamber dream
yep. the tales series actually used to call them techs, in fact.
Super Secret Area - Dead Ahead!
I believe the first one even let you equip a Tech Ring, to enable the ability to manually enter their controls.

That makes me think of the mana ring, don't think there was ever an item like you described.
Super Secret Area - Dead Ahead!
Yeah, there is.  The above info isn't quite accurate, though.  The Tech Ring is from Destiny, whereas in Phantasia, it's called the Combo Command, not the Tech Ring as I said earlier. (Second paragraph here describes its use) I gots confoozed. aiwebs_017

Random thought:

If girls can show things like side boob, under boob, etc, everything but the nipple, then if a girl is born without nipples could she go on TV/public topless?

Oh and there's those skin-colored bikinis, so wouldn't it be ok then?
but what would be the point?
Club 27 Goals
I dunno, just wondering.
it works for horo (in spice and wolf).
Club 27 Goals
oh yeah I remember that anime. I remember seeing advertisements awhile back about them releasing the series on DVD in America with English dubs. They renamed her 'holo' :/
gyrotechnic lollipop
it was always holo.

Club 27 Goals
Oh. In the (Japanese) anime I remember them always calling her "Horo". In the English previews/trailer they always said "Holo".

Ah well, not a big deal. I should finish watching it either way.
gyrotechnic lollipop
~technically~ she's not horo or holo, she's ホロ, but we have to romanize it somehow, and l/r are the closest matches. it just comes down to romanization preference really, and the author or whoever chose holo. they're both right, and neither are wrong.

I liked it when they kinda rolled the r's when they said her name though.

how greedy for money can you be?

Keep in mind, this kind of thing happens all of the time because US copyright law needs serious updating. Boiling it down to basics, the law says that you have to show an effort to protect your copyright, or you're basically giving up your rights to it. Which means that companies are continually having to send out C&Ds over silly, stupid things like this, lest it lose them a serious court case at another time. Sad but true.

Pretty stupid system if that's true.
fear not! their patent system is even more stupid still!
afaik (ianal) that quote is correct except that you need to replace "copyright" with "trademark."

awesome though.

I've never heard of "ianal" before. Is it even officially an acronym?
