I'm at 98% in this game.  I'm missing two regular Missile Packs.  Does anyone have any ideas about the ones I might have overlooked?

Also, if it hasn't been discovered already, the Super Missile Pack in the Snail Room is obtainable by Crystal Flashing in the bomb corridor above.  This forces you to stand and allows you to charge your Shinespark in that area.  To drop back down after you're charged, simply morph again and roll out of the corridor.
Nevermind, I found them.  I finally beat it, so if anyone is still alive on this forum, please add me to that list.

Thanks for an incredible experience, Saturn.  Your hack was sick.

I'll redo the final escape tomorrow and try to save the animals, but I couldn't find the time to do it tonight.
How do I get into the room behind the wall where the first powerbombs were in the original SM?
I know that there's a grapple block or something in one of the plants down below, but I've grappled the shit out of all of em, and only find myself getting eaten alive.

Any help is appreciated. :)

You're right about the plants, but there isn't a grapple block.
Thanks for the help, but I've also attempted Super Missiles and bombs/powerbombs. Is there something else that I can do? I'm stumped on this one... Thanks again. :)
It's simpler than you think.  You just have to position yourself correctly.
God, I'm an idiot. You're right it wasn't nearly as hard as I was making it on myself, lol. Thanks again for the help.

I'm experiencing an anomaly in  LN now, however. I've made it past GT and made it to the non-heated room where the E-Tank is. I crystal flashed in here, and it refills all of my energy, however, it doesn't fully fill my reserve tanks. They only fill to about half way 235 energy total. Anyone know what's going on here? I thought if the crystal flash happens you're fully recharged. Period. I'm crystal flashing with pretty much the bare-minimum of PB's. Does that have something to do with it?
Yeah, that happened to me, too.  I'm not totally sure why it happens in Impossible, because it certainly doesn't happen in the original...  Then again, I've never been in Lower Norfair with four reserve tanks and no Varia Suit.  I just tested it out with three, and it filled all the way to 300.  I'll have to try with four later.

Holy god, that Ridley fight was difficult (I've never been that good at fighting Ridley in the first place though)! Believe it or not, I was able to pull off a crystal flash mid-fight with Ridley (after I had got him Red), and I just charge/plasma'd him to death from there...

Onward now, though, my fingers hurt. :(

EDIT:

I did it! I cannot for the life of me believe I have beaten this game. Saturn, thank you for this hack. Not only is it the only hack anymore that I feel offers a real challenge to Super Metroid, it's allowed me to learn a lot of moves that otherwise I would have never ended up learning. No, I'm not a master in any way and Savestates were definitely abused, but I feel I've improved 10-fold over where I used to be at, solely because of the challenges this hack forces you to do to proceed further. I understand a 2nd one is NOT in the works, but I'd love to see another hack of this caliber put out. The quote: "It's not the destination, but the journey" is definitely the feeling I now have after completing it. :)

I'm partially stuck and partially frustrated from too many dead ends. I can't get past the room after Botwoon. So I figured I'd go back to Norfair and try getting to the Speed Booster room, since I had enough energy finally. But what do I find but a grapple block, and I have no grapple beam. Also, the door to the Wave Beam room is locked and killing everything didn't unlock it. I don't have the resources for Lower Norfair yet. I have the Charge Beam, Spazer, MB and bombs, high jump and space jump. 6 E-tanks, 1 reserve, 55 missiles, 10 supers, 5 power bombs.

Basically, all I want to know is where the next goal is. If Maridia, I need a hint for the room after Botwoon. The upper morph ball path just dumps me into the quicksand, and there's no way around the speed booster blocks that I can find.

EDIT: Nevermind, I figured out the technique to jumping out of the sand.

Finished. Very nice hack. I got 100% but I had to look up the X-Ray and the tube missile. Also, based on descriptions of other items, like the original Power Bomb room and the pre-SM acid room, I think I played v1.4, so I'll have to do it again now with 1.5, not that I mind. I only used savestates, and no slowdown or any other TAS tricks.

EDIT: Got 4:02 100% on my v1.5 playthrough. It was a lot easier the second time around. I think playing it definitely improved my Super Metroid skills. It's also inspired me to try a RBO run on the original. The thrill and pressure of running through Lower Norfair while your health is constantly draining away...

Oh, and I managed to get to GT without crystal flashing also. Had about 30 health when I picked up the energy tank.

Very good. Your the all-star magn, you got 100.
What'd you say?
Yea... I refused to use TAS or slowdowns, I got stuck at the damn DBJ lake...
Super Secret Area - Dead Ahead!
The forced Crystal Flash stumped me for a while, but I was OK with the majority of it.
Yoshi is back
I got no clue how to use crystal flash. Tell me how!!!!
Super Secret Area - Dead Ahead!
You need:

49 health or less, with nothing in reserve tanks
At least 10 Missiles
At least 10 Super Missiles
At least 11 Power Bombs

Then you:

Morph
Select Power Bombs
Press and hold down, aim up, and aim down
Press and hold the fire button

The power bomb will explode, and then your health will be rapidly refilled.
Yoshi is back
Ohhhh, Do you need ice beam?
What'd you say?
To do Crystal Flash? No, all you need is what Quietus posted.

Leave this place.

Opium: No, You don't know how to successfully IBJ do you?

T.J.: Ok, I'll try this out, I liked seeing people do this.
What'd you say?
Did you really just question Opium's SM playing skills? Ouch... good luck to you man, nice knowin ya.
Super Secret Area - Dead Ahead!
Yup, this probably isn't the place for questioning players' skills. Silenced

As for IBJ - I laugh in the face of IBJ.  My most recent 'game' is alternating between single and double versions of an IBJ in mid-flow. extra_smug
Yoshi is back
Yeah, I can IBJ, I just need a place with no spikes. As for Opium's questioning, Yes, I'm stepping up to it. I'll win. I'll stay with Mister Minnesota man.
What'd you say?
Questioning other's play skills here isn't a really good idea, I said good luck because I was assuming Opium would post here after that...
Yoshi is back
I can do it if I wanna and I just did didn't I? Also, David...I know where you live.
