This is a hack I have started years ago and never finished.
This hack is hard and I mean REALLY HARD
I don't think I will ever finish it (I barely remember how to use SMILE), so I decided to share it as is, just in chase someone masochist enough wanna give it a try.

What is done is all the way until bomb Torizo (wich is a loong way), until then it is perfectly playable (if you dare)

The concept of "D'oh!" was to give the player a reason to exclaim it. With maliciously placed traps, dead ends and short-of-ammo frustration.

The IPS is for Headered (IIRC)
And remember, the game ends once you kill the bomb Torizo in Crateria.

Edit: Forgot to mention. savestates are a must, also I recommend using backup savestates just in chase.

I'm glad you decided to take my chalenge.

You need the Ice beam to "glitch through the ceiling" but its a little tricky due to the limited space, you have to morph after going through the floor and it will crumble. (or maybe I changed it so you don't need to morph, I don't remember.)

In Maridia sands

Its one of the last items, its in Norfair after Crocomire.

Maridia sands, you mean those "Sand waterfalls" that push you down?

Also how do i get to Norfair if the gate is blocked?

Yes, Sand waterfalls.

There are hidden items too in the original game.

In case you choose to not look at the full list I posted above. For the gate to norfair you are still far away, you need another beam.

Update: Due to a mistake with a doorcap index, you can leave the bomb torizo area after colecting bombs, the only things edited after that are gauntlet and the west-most area of Brinstar. After you get to those monkeys that teach you how to walljump (no idea what their name is) its pointless to continue, all the areas that require bombs or power bombs are unedited.
