Hi guys, Its me and I'm releasing a hack called SM: Dark Samus Returns. It's a little hack that you can play when bored or while waiting for a future hack. This hack features only 2 bosses Phantoon and MB. I can't get any ingame pictures I'm sorry and there is a glitch that messed the game up. I don't know what or even how it got there, so just go into SMILE and start on the Ship to avoid it. It's for UH, Enjoy! grin new

EDIT: Forgot to put that the only Items are Gravity, Supers, Missiles, Morph, Ice, Wave, Charge, Hi-Jump, Varia, Bombs, Power Bombs, and Speed Booster.

EDIT2: Also, Some of the rooms are the same, Sorry. I was just eager to release it!

Heh, Thanks. I found a completely overhauling glitch that fucks the game up :'(

You can't go into Tourain without getting glitched up. Super missiles and some other PLM's disappear after a while. Like, going to pick up your first Supers. its not there, how do I fix that?

EDIT: I'll try making a v1.1 that tis fixed up.

EDIT2: Taking the v1.0 down and I'll put up a v1.1 up when fixed

Super Secret Area - Dead Ahead!
If you have one ROM, you have both ROMs.  Just copy it, then open one in SMILE, and click Tools > Header, and then add / remove as required.

Yeah, Ikr but this time I will have HUD improvements, Physics changes and different Places with a new map. (Thanks to Squishy)

EDIT: I'm currently working on it now. I'm almost done the landing site for the Moon :P

EDIT2: There will be no doors for The Moon.

EDIT3: I'm sorry about the inconvenience, there will be some doors but very few.

Uhm, a problem, I spawned in a weird glitch room, so I had to use SMILE to play it, and I was lazy and only looked at the first room, at least I turned items off.

demo is almost done on the improved version. There will be no walljumping. so far I have up to the Super Missile Torizo (just bomb torizo with supers as item) so far the last Item is a pack of supers so...I'll release the demo pretty soon :P

Well here it is. The moment I've been waiting for my whole day. the demo release of Space Ad. its the Improved Dark samus returns.

You can now finish the hack and get 11%. 11% = 100% :07 = My High Score.
You can get: 3 Power bombs, Grappling beam, Morphball (Equipped with Spring),  Morphhball Bombs, Hi-jump, Spazer, Charge, 2 E-Tanks, 12 Missiles and 7 Super Missiles.

The only boss is the Torizo which is just a Miniboss. Have fun with my hack and I hope you enjoy it! :)

Not bad for a demo, i finished it in 00:15 with 9%.

There's things that i didn't like:
- 1 Bomb only, making IBJ impossible
- Lack of walljumping

It'd be terrible if those are out in the full hack.

Its not my fault, I just made this hack from Vanilla++ which is squishy's little Hack of HUD and stuff.

I'll try to get 3 bombs and walljumping on.

Also, while wait for a new demo with more on it, why not go for 11% and try getting under :07?

Firstly, did you have permission to use Squishy's work?
Secondly, no, don't make that room big.  Some rooms are known to have buggy limits.  Either check on MetConst for an up-to-date level entries file, or check before using.  Otherwise you risk overwriting stuff.
