Ridley can be found in the south half of eastern Norfair.  You should run across him as you explore the area.

ok I am at a loss....
just beat this under 2 hours with 98%.  I could not imagine where I had missed something.  I ended up with 210m, 55sm, 55pb.  So I thouhgt I was missing some missile packs.  I looked at the map to find only 42 locations for missiles.

Does the map not include 2 of the missile packs?  42x5 is 210

A couple locations have 2 missles... look for a blue number instead of black

Is the Super Metroid rom you patched it to -- does it have a header or none?

Headered is 3,073 kb and unheadered is 3,072 kb...  And it must be a (JU)

But the thing is...  In the first post of this topic it doesn't say which it takes.  :P

I believe it's for headered.  I'm almost certain that's what I patched it to and it worked fine.

Actually, there's been an update to this patch, made by someone else.  It fully fixes all the problems in the game.  I think it's on EP's hack list.

Really fun hack. I would put my completion time/percentage up but DSO is using that computer right now for his/our hack.

I have to admit I would like help finding Plasma. I can't believe it is early...  Shocked

plasma is...

in norfair.  in a room not far from the first PB, near the top theres a place you can SM through the wall.  Use Xray to find it.  I believe the room is in the upper right corner of norfair, if im not mistaken.


yes it is a very fun hack, one of my favorites.  can easily get 100% in well under 45 mins
