This is my probably pointless Hard Mode patch I made up in two days, and all what this is is just a patch that cuts item values in half. The enemy damage-ups are coming soon (taking this to a few limits, maybe even to unbearably hard).
And seeing this is just a definition change, it's possible to patch this on any other hack that kept the default values (this obviously doesn't count Redesign).
Remind me of any inconsistencies with the patch (making Missile max 100 and leaving the Reserve Tanks alone I did on purpose for now), or post up any hacks this can be stack-patched with.
Edit: Item Cut+Enemy 2x Damage patch added (Zero Mission style, with Normal mode health). For practicality's sake, I left some enemies with default.
Oh yeah, and it's unheadered.
