is it just me or does Slench v3 take half an hour to do
because ive been doing that boss and taking half and i never finnish it becase i get bored does anyone have any tips to help me speed up that fight?

It definately shouldn't take half an hour, you're probably not using the right weapon. Whatever his weapon is, use the opposite. The "blurring shots" are the volt driver, and if I recall correctly the opposite of the volt driver is the battlehammer.

Is Slechv3 the one when it starts rolling around the room?  Yeah, that took a while, especially when you know it will never hit you because all you need to do is stand near the entrance waiting for it to stop its freaking rolling.
