I think that this might be old but you can skip Imago and his Super Missile and go to the right side of Ridley early and get your first Super Missile above the Missile in the room with a bunch of bouncing fireballs with faces.

I was going to say that it but I forgot which one would have been first. I knew it was either the one in the room with Multiviolas and a Missile or the one two rooms past that. Oh and thanks for the reminder.
