This is what happens to an arm canon when a master foamsmith decides to take it for a spin.

Keep in mind this is a work in progress, some smoothing will be done, and it hasn't been painted. After being painted it'll look like car paint quality. This is merely the first step of an arduous process to make a Light Suit for me, by my roommate and eternal source of jealousy.
Honestly minus the current lack of smoothness (can see where it was cut), this already blows away any arm cannon I've seen online.

If anyone is interested in more info on how it was done or anything, send me an email at h3xantistyle@gmail.com
Me and my roommate are too lazy to post anything on Reddit or anything, so if anyone feels this is cool enough for anything like that, go ahead and repost or whatever, we don't care.
As long as the only person taking credit for it is my roommate.
Thread title:
Looks pretty sweet so far. I'd love to see the light suit as cosplay it is definitely the best and most unique armor in the prime series. It looks like the beam is just the power beam but that's still one of the best cosplay models I've seen.

The most noticeable thing in cosplay though doesn't seem to me to be fine grained attention to detail but more correct proportions. Most of the time the arm cannon looks out of place, either being to small or not fitting right compared to the shoulder pads.

Anyway thanks for posting, please keep updating.
