You need the command prompt to be in the same folder as the randomizer. The easiest way to do that is to open the randomizer folder in the explorer, hold shift and right-click, then click "open command window here".

You should include that in the readme. I did myself for my local files.
But how do i turn the MP1 Files back into a playable .ISO, using Dolphin?

No, use GCR. Get the &&SystemData folder from the second page of this thread and include it in the main directory.

When i played the rebuilt ISO, the video is entirely black. At this point, i'm redoing it all.

Yes, i'm getting audio. I also shouldhave mentioned that when the title screen that shows "METROID PRIME" Is up, the bottom right corner is flashing slowly. And then it stops after i do anything.

EDIT: I'll try adding the SystemData folder BEFORE randomizing it.

EDIT2: If it's important, i have beaten the game with around 80%-90% completion, but i deleted the ISO and got a new one.

In my completed game run? No, because i have never heard of a frigate skip.
The only glitches i did on my finished game run was
* Space jump first
* Ice beam before flahggra
* Phendrana's edge early power bomb
* Backwards grapple beam
* Infinite speed to get another powerbomb expansion in chozo ruins
* Early artifact of Elder
* Gravity suit before Spider ball
* Morph ball boss skip

I had a windows update for that, so i did that instead. It works, and the items are randomized

Apparently that's because the -w setting is broken in 3.0, and Miles fixed it last January, but since he refuses to post on m2k2 now he only posts randomizer updates on Twitter so I had no idea there was an update and the thread link has been outdated for 5 months. I fixed it now, redownload it and try again.

Here's the changelist for 3.1 and 3.2:

It would be either completely uninteresting, or just make the game unbeatable. Either one is not worth the work that would be required to accomplish it.

Has the seed generator stopped working with the latest version of the randomizer?

the paths i've given it are:

EDIT: turns out i had an older version of the randomizer which didn't support the -h parameter, it works with the latest version.
