I recently went through a run of a japanese version of Fusion(real deal, not emulator), and in the entire game, NONE of the Eye Doors ever, and I mean EVER fired a single beam.

Is that normal?

Possibly a bug, I guess, but I've also had runs like that, where you reach every one of those doors, expecting to enter the routine of avoiding the beam, and it never happens.  I guess the fact that it's random means that it's always possible that it'll happen like that.

But in the USA and EUR versions they almost always fire them
This makes JAP version better for speedrunning?
