Has anybody ever thought of hacking Metroid Fusion to make it sequence-breakable?

I'd do it myself, but I have no hacking skills... :(

At 2:33 you can see the shinespark allowing to 0% completion. Right below that room is that missile pack in morph ball tunnels. (correct me if i'm wrong)
