You hold Alt + A certain combination of numbers on the numeric keypad. For example, to make the symbol "é," you would hold Alt + 130.

And I'm guessing the title of this topic is screwy because the Alt combinations aren't suppourted in topic titles.

Yeah, I'm almost sure it's Russian, too.

Correct name of this topic is "Русская тема". Noun "тема" has a feminine gender, so adjective "русский" must be in feminine gender too.
