If he thinks I'm one of these "emu-rapers", I'll tell you now that I'm not, why do you think there's no one that's better than anyone of you. I'm a kind of no-lifer, I play Metroid all day, I play Metroid in school, in bed, when I'm home. I own 3 versions of Metroid Prime and I own every single Metroid game, I'm an addict. Why can't you accept that I may be better than you are.

Ekarderif actually does play around with MZM on occasion. I started a 100% hard run earlier, following AJ's route from his 100% hard run (1:00:59 is still the record for 100% hard right?) and I am saved after the first segment with 3:23 where he had 3:28. The best I have been able to get for segment 2 is 7:21 where AJ had 7:31, but I am sure I can improve on that. If I finish this run with a new record, will it be the official world record because I am already a "trusted" speedrunner?

well, if you want an "official" world record, I'd say you'd need to make a video. the any% normal record is still 29:54 until someone makes a video otherwise, for example.
however, I'd be inclined to believe you if you provided a screenshot of your clear time that was obviously done on a GBA and not a VBA screenshot. there are still ways to cheat this method, but I'd believe one of those much more than I would a VBA screenshot.

i started a normal mode any percent (just 2 hours ago!!) and got 56: 24, with 26%
i know it sucks, but for a first timer newb, i think its pretty good :)
i did a 9% run a while ago, on easy mode, and got 2:19:55
do i need picture proof or anything?

And why would I take offense to you finding my 10% hard runs fast? That's what I WANT, so I totally appreciate that... I do speedrun them, although I guess now I speedrun 9%... I don't think there's any reason for Radix to keep the 10% hard run up, unless it's like twice as fast. We'll see.
