Yer diggin' that secksay tan line on my forhead, amirite?

That's a combination of my "WTF" look and my "Too tired ot brush my teeth" face.

And I'm sorry, but I had to do this.  After scrolling through this whole topic looking at pics, I must say, this is the most effing hilarious post to date:

And, just for fun, no glasses:

Wow, without glasses you look like one i know...

At first sight of the pic you looked like you were 5. Yay baby face.
twenty eight fifty
whoa, i'd hit that.

That's recent, Saber? You look much younger than in every other pic I've seen of you.
Cook of the Sea
Yeah, I took it right before posting it.  The more relaxed I am, the younger I look.
i don't have a webcam (or a digital camera, at that), so i can't post my picture. but, i have spikey hair and brown eyes.

As you can see there, the right sleeve of my work shirt is clearly visible in that shot. And of course, I took the picture myself.

Are you in a war? And why is a picture of yourself on armyimages.forces.gc.ca?
The picture was taken during a 5 day field exercise we had recently and was posted on the Canadian forces web page.

Are thirteen year-olds allowed in the Canadian Military?
Yep. $4000 CND a summer.

It costs money to be in the military?

Now, say Canada got in a war. Would you be able to go and fight?
soaking through
I really doubt it, seeing as, apart from the horrible moral implications, that goes against a lot of international laws.

No you don't pay to go. you get paid to stay in. And no using children soliders in a war is againts international law.

Maybe I'm missing something, but then what exactly is the point of having children "in" the military, anyway? Sounds like a waste of money to me.
I belive i read an article at wiki where some countrys are so desperate they are forced to use children to defened them selves.

I think the point is to attract more people to the military, like how the US uses web-ads and online-gaming (america's army) to get people.
red chamber dream
Yeah, that's what I was thinking, too, but it still seems like a bit of a waste. I'd bet that around half of these kids will actually go into the armed forces when they're older. Which would mean that the military is out hundred thousands or millions of bucks, depending.

But you just told me that children CAN'T fight in wars...
