Who ever would want to backtrack into Tourian Before it's destroyed...

Supposedly, if you go in the wrong way you can trigger the explosion in the shaft by going in the wong way. I think someone said something along those lines. This doesn't make sense, If you go down the elevator, wouldn't it load the post-exploded room? Although then I suppose if you went to the save point and back it may load the pre exploded room and you can kill MB without having killed Kraid or Ridley and without the Ice Beam.

*hasnt read half of the topic*

This is from my memory, but that isnt a normal thing blocking the path further into Norfair.  Normal things will vibrate when you hit it(you'll notice when you shoot it what I'm talking about).  It isnt so for this thing.  That is all I have to say.
