BTW, I keep beating Ridley before Kraid. Should I beat Kraid before Ridley (MZM) in a 100% sprint? Is it faster and easier to follow the path set for me? Don't I have to go back to get the screw attack anyways? I'm afraid to go to the MZM boards and get a bunch of spoilers.

Huh? Kraid before Ridely IS the default path. It's also the way Scarlet goes in her 100% run, so I'm guessing that's some strong evidence it's faster...  :P
