A couple general rules of advice for Golden Dawn:

1. If it looks like a dead end, it almost always isn't.
2. Always look for hidden morph ball tunnels.
3. There are more air tiles that look like wall tiles than any hack I've ever played.

Yeah, I just got them. Now I cannot get out the Tetra Ruins *shot*
I can get only to the "OMG Samus runs in water!" room, and the water makes impossible walljumping up the shaft or whaterver this is called =p

You're not supposed to get out until you get bombs. Then you break open the bomb block passage in that walkonwater room to get out.

yeah, what were you trying to do with that? That was kind of a weird part.

I remember, for about a week after beating Golden Dawn, I kept midair morphing against every wall I saw. Kinda messed up my speedrunning style  laugh new
Well, with the way the blocks that are in Tetra Ruins are structured and the fact that you don't get bombs until the end of it, morphing through airblock passages is one of only two hidden passage techniques that can be used early on before bombs are received. The other is to use shotblocks. However, until you get bombs, its possible (although not likely, but still possible) for the player to get stuck in regenerating shotblocks. Thus, airblock hidden passages are basically the only option before bombs. A few hidden passages were added in a those early rooms in Tetra just to make them less like boring ol' connecting halls. After Tetra Ruins, the midair morph tech mostly goes away. And even if I had given you bombs before Tetra Ruins and put shotblocks in there, it'd look awkward when they were shot out, because the bricks in Tetra Ruins are 3part (or more) rather than 1part.

And even then, getting to practice midair morphs a lot can actually help speed running technique in places, although not if you're doing it up against every wall  :)

Nice, I got the grapple beam.
I have:
3 Etanks
20 Missies
Varia Suit
Grapple beam

Now am I supposed to get up there? And how?
You don't.  You're supposed to use your new Grapple Beam to enter another part of the Underworld next.
Stuffs. Yar.
IIRC, you go back there during the escape.

Amazing D=
The only grapple blocks I found lead to an E-tank and a missile tank/PB door in Tetra Ruins
EDIT:OOOOOoh Lower Underworld =D
EDIT2: Great. I went to the acid and now I am in some bigass hall with spikes in the end >.>
EDIT3:F***! Please tell me I don't have to restart the game o.o I just got the Spazer, but I activated the chozo statue before and now I can only die in the spikes!
Please... I do not want to do the EH AND the HC again... D=
EDIT 4 O_O: Where are the power bombs? ^^ *bricked*
Power Bombs are in the Eternal Hall. They require the speed booster and some clever testing of which ceilings are real and fake there. Well, almost all the ceilings in the vertical rooms are fake but you have to find the SB blocks among the Power Bomb blocks.
Mmkay.
But I cannot return to EH due to some annoying maridia turtle that blocks me.  ^^ *shot*
Any way to enter from backdoor?
Do you remember where Crocomire was? Go through the Dark Gardens and down to that point, go to the right, down the elevator over there, and you'll end up back near where you got the first super missiles. You'll then be in the perfect position to go up the lavarise room and the walljump room, turn left and from there you'll be able to get back into Eternal Hall.
No, I don't remember where I fought Crocomire...
Owait... I went thorugh the lava uprising, the lava room (walljumping in lava FTW .-.),  the room with the turtle shell, and the elevator to lower underworld. Still stuck D=
Well, do you remember the room that had the Green/brownish block bridge you had to pass through to get the Varia? There's a super missile door in the left of that room. Go through it, down a rather obvious path until you get to a tech bridge over a lava lake. Bomb out that bridge and you'll fall into the lava. Keep moving right to go through a door that'll drop you down near the bottom of the left side of Dark Gardens. From there, go to the right and you'll end up near Crocomire's room. Then follow the directions in my earlier post.

i'm stuck in tetra ruins in the room thats underwater with:

1 e-tank
morph ball
charge beam

its where you'll see three blue creatures that quickly tries to ram through samus. am i going the right way or i'm just missing something?
Did you get to the missile door to the left most part of Tetra ruins yet? The underwater room definitely isn't where you should be going. Maybe you're missing one of the false dead end passages to the left. Anyway, in the red door room, go up through the ceiling (there's a passage there above a pipelike background element near the center of the room). Going up there you'll come to a few doors that loop around. What you want lies within the large steel structure hanging overhead. Just roll around up there until you find the passage.
oh i'm by the door but no way to open it  :(.before i went to tetra ruins i never found any missles(except the room in the dark garden with blocks that kept me from the missles.) but i couldn't find a way to get them so i left and went ahead. are there any missles in tetra ruins i could get to? if not i don't mind starting over grin new.
What I meant was that you have to go to that steel structure to get the first pack of missiles. You don't have to go beyond the missile door until you get it. Don't worry, you're not stuck or anything.
thanks!!
D'oh, I'm stupid. I made some confusion with the map, and thats why I wasn't remembering my way back to EH, thankfully BT pointed me the way =P
Now trying to get out of some MB maze in Kraid.

ok i have 7 missle packs and got bombs. i've been going room to room in tetra ruins but it leads to a dead end. does anyone know where to find a super missle?
Now that you have the bombs, there isn't really anything left in Tetra Ruins until later on. Now you should be going back to the Dark Gardens, toward the upper part for one key item and far to the right for another.

i'm in the dark gardens by samus ship and its a pb gate thats in the way; also in the far right that lead to an underwater room. i'm not really sure if this is where you said i should go.
This should tell you where to go next: http://www.freewebs.com/blacktelomeres/varia.PNG

After that, you'll need to go to the large 'mainstreet' room left of the ship, go down through the floordoor and explore down there to find a morph ball passage hidden behind a mech block - from there you should be on the way to the Grapple.

Also, the underwater room with crumble blocks to the right of the ship isn't required for you to go through to beat the game, so don't bother with it.

i've found them thanks!!... where do you get the powerbombs?
edit: i just found the ice beam.
That means you're progressing well. Now that you have the ice beam, if you find the correct place to use it, you can enter a whole new area and that area will eventually (after a couple boss fights) lead to the first Power Bombs.
