I have :
4 energy packs, 20 supers, 55 missiles, grapple beam, charge, ice varia, morph and bombs
i have no idea where to go now i have searched everywhere i can think of i have gone threw lower underworld like 4 times and tetra like 2 times er so can u help?
Have you tried the
door on the top left of the large wall jump room after the semi-fast acid rise room. Going to the left in that then freezing the bugs and entering the door at the top should put you in an area you been in, but in a new path. Hit the barrier trigger and run across the bridge till you get to the next door facing left. This will bring you to Eternal Hall.
k i got the
supermissiles and i droped down to the big monsters and i found the little lever but i cant go through so im just sitting down in this room. i tried bombing the ground and opened a block and rolled over and still nothing
springball, which was hard to get to. I dont know if i was supposed to have to freeze that enemy about 80 times to climb the water shaft, but it was interesting nevertheless. Also, its interesting that the room has no water until the tube breaks. scared the crap outta me. however... now i dont know where to go unless its back to lower underworld...
No, you didn't need to use the freeze technique =( A lot of people seem to end up doing that though. Maybe its the way the tech room is laid out that people just dont think of returning to it? Yet theres a lot of stuff there that looks like you can't access it the first time on the way to the bombs. Then of course there's always the people who find Gravity first
through mad ss skillz.
Also, if you dont have Gravity yet, then thats the perfect thing to use the spring ball to get. If you have it already then yeah, Eastern Underworld will have the next key item.

However, doing that allowed you to skip the evil Botwoon Fight :D

Your next item, if you havent gotten it yet, is
Gravity Suit
To get it
Remember that yellow door where you came up from the tube. Go over the the right but do not go down. Use your Spring Ball to get up into the wall and hold the button down to carefully cross the crumble blocks till you get to the left then use a PB on the door. You will now fight Golden Torizo. Walljump up the left side of the room before fighting him to claim the Gravity Suit (approach it from the left, you may have to take spike damage but thats nothing) and also some Super Missles by PBing the wall.
Best strategy since you have lower energy then normal
Pin him to the lower right corner of the room, get almost under his front leg, just barely touching it, then aim up (straight or diagonal) and fire Charge shots or Super Missles. You will not take any damage from his crescent shots or anything else, not even your own Supers.
the wave beam (nice hiding spot...) and actually torizo was kinda easy. I still had more trouble (read: death) with spore spawn. However, I have no idea where to go. I got to the sky temple by sparking that random pink pirate, but couldn't get thru there, and I can't seem to find any place that I actually need the wave beam. I'm assuming my next key item is either plasma or space jump.
There are a couple reverse gates in the Sky Temple that need the wave beam. Anyway, you should be looking for the screw attack in that very area next. The early "connecting bridge" portion of it.
draygon, but i died a painful death, even after crystal flashing 3 times! I never got the screw attack though... guess i'll have to look harder. question, what exactly is supposed to kill those weird things that spit stuff in the sky temple? I accidently killed them with a shine spark.
ok, i've been looking for the plasma for quite some time now. can you tell me where it is as in like underworld, high command, tetra... so i can narrow my search. I'd still like to find it on my own, I just don't want to spend 3 hours on it like i did for the varia suit.
ok, so... I made it to mb, and then im stuck, or rather, the game is stuck. I can't imagine what could have gone wrong for me if everyone else's works.
What version of ZSNES are you using? As I editted into the opening post, there are some ZSNES problems with that fight. SNES9x or maybe ZSNES 1.51 should work - but, the problem is actually contained in your savestate. So you have to go back to the ship, save, then load from there, and then go kill the MB. (This will screw up your map =/)
Well that's insane. Because I tested the game with 1.43 (2 of my playtesters also used 1.43 v9) and the MB fight didn't crash for me =/ I really wonder what's causing that now. It seems totally random for random people with random emus. I hope the ship thing will fix it for you as well.
alas, the ship trick didn't work. It freezes right after i hit her with the last missle/super before the room explodes and she stands up. I don't know if when it freezes matters, but I really enjoyed the game, and if the end wont work then thats fine. I'm off to try dependence now.
Well, if you ever do want to come back and try the escape, about the only suggestion I can give is to perhaps try the ship saveload trick by loading the save you made at the ship in 1.43 improvement9 or 1.42.
i did the escape by stopping an smv in the middle and continuing on by myself. That was one helluva escape.
I can't believe ridley!!!! more like i cant believe i forgot he wasn't in the game..
Oh, and i don't think i ever fought botwoon... where was he?
Go back to the old Mother Brain looking room in tetra that you passed through on your way to bombs. there is a yellow hatch on the bottom left that leads towards Botwoon.
