I wouldn't have your hopes up too high how are you going to use the screw attack with the DS?

... the same way you do it in Echoes?
so you basicly touch the screen 3 times?
Or 4 , 5 ..

Uh oh thats not good my brothers DS is going to get more Puncture wounds now..
in the name of justice!

Yes, you jump twice, then again to start the SA, and so on until it ends.  If you do that by touching the screen (I have no idea...I have not played the demo) then that's how it works.

Do you have to even use the touch screen at all? I thought there was a control setup where everything is done with the buttons only (I don't have the demo or even a DS). If there's not, then I guess, yeah, you'd just touch the screen over and over. Wouldn't be hard at all.
Well were just goin to have to wait untill october to find out.

And Ark yup there are only Three settings the other two are for left handers with make a total of five.

Sorta. Even though you can get to a scheme where buttons do pretty much everything else, IIRC you still have to use the touch scsreen to switch weapons.

Using the touch screen for shooting and jumping is surprisingly elegant.  It would probably work quite well for an MP2 style screw attack.

Yeah...in the UK, at least.

Life isn't fair. But hey, it comes over here before it hits Japan (I think-that's what it was with Echoes). But still...WWHHHHHYY! WE'RE SOOOO DEPRIVED!

Metroid Prime: Hunters Nintendo 10/17/05 NA
Metroid Prime: Hunters Nintendo TBA JP
Metroid Prime: Hunters Nintendo October 2005 EU

So if this is correct (which it probably is, Gfaqs isn't wrong that often) then Europe gets the game a maximum of two weeks after NA.

GF might not get wrong info often, but they do have a tendancy to make up release dates for games if they have not been announced yet.

Yeah but America is literally living in the past compared to us.
I haven't played the demo yet, all the DS's have been savaged in the stores.

Lol, yeah. I can remember them constantly saying that games will be out months before they actually do come out.

Damn, and I thought I had it bad...
Today I got a second-hand DS for my Mum (she'll be paying me back) and swiped the demo from hers, chucked it into mine, and...

...standard mode does not hurt the thumb so much. T-rust me.

...morph ball mode is a real Santa's Little Helper's Girlfriend when it's just the d-pad.

...I just heard there's, at the very least, a possibility of bundling the actual MP:H with a DS. AFTER I got home, of course.

Mum gets the demo back when I get back the issue of MAD Magazine I haven't had the chance to read yet or MP:H, whichever comes later. :D
About a month ago my DS was droped on the floor by my little brother and the plastic frame crack into a bunch of pieces and i glued them back toget her with super glue i droped it my self once again and it broke a second time so im not going to bother with my DS for a while.
