hello everyone, im new to the forums here but i visit quite often and read up on the topics lots of cool stuff here ^^
anyways i have a hell of a good start on whats going to be a full hack if i can help it.
if someone wants to tryout what i have so far let me know

also i could use some help with it also if anyone has the spare time

i will post pics and maybe a vid over the weekend maybe

can use an image hosting site such as imageshack or attach it to a new post (click additional options then upload the image).

ok here are some of the maps so far i will have a video posted as soon as i set up my pos camera/phone lol meh 5.0Mpixels

these are the links and they come up if you put them in address bar but for some reason clicking the link itself will not take "me" to the images
idk the problem

the pallet is from redesign btw i liked the color of the grass XD

i tried to upload my video on filefront but it keeps disconnecting me during the upload its late so ill see about
uploading it over the weekend. so u may or may not see a link......

btw its a crappy video i used my phone"omnia" 5.0 Mpixels but ehhh.. maybe my bud will lend me his

ill move the thread on this to the hacks section over the weekend also
and if the links that are already posted work leave me some feedback please.

ok heres the video its in a .3g2 which plays on my VLC player if u dont have that you can just google it
it has just about every codex

and its a 3g2 file cause thats what my omnia records it as sorry.

also for some odd reason maybe im not doing something right but when u click the links nothing happens,
but they do work u just put them in manually.

this video is poor compared to what it actually looks like but if u can watch it great if not ill get a better one

There's a problem with some of your links. Did you try to click on them yourself to see if they work? Oh, and don't worry about editing your posts. You won't get into trouble for THAT. Wink

From what little I've seen, looks alright. There's plenty of pillars... And some of the terrain where it's straight / flat... That looks a bit boring. Mix it up for a more natural look.

The links have ftp (colon, slash slash) before the h t t p....

You clicked on the wrong icon for links. You used the one with the 2 folders in front of the globe.

The one you wanted to use (for links) is the Large Globe and (something) in front of it. It's the 3rd one from the left, 2nd row. ~~And watch those double + posts.~~ Whistle

ok the past few days i have redone all what i posted b4 i changed alot looks great i will edit this post later with links to some screenshots in a few days

on a side note is there a way to change the audio tracks? and also if anyone is up to it i sould use some help with the backgrounds

The only person that I know of who is changing music is Acheron86, in Aegis. According to all reports, it's a LOT of work.

OMG FLAN!!!!!!!

It's even more work if you don't know completely what you're doing... If you're just starting with hex and ASM, i doubt you'd be able to do it yourself unless some told exactly what bytes to change to what and etc, but that can't really happen, because no one really knows what you want to do with the music (and you can't really tell them over the net)

There's some docs o the SPC data in Kej's notes. Look for the SPC ram one. It has all the info about the music, but you'll need to learn to edit it yourself.
