Awesome curves, although the amount of facial rings bothers me a bit. The pierced part of the nose and the eyebrow do look a bit funny with the rings and their positioning though.

All seriousness aside, something about the colour (or lack thereof) in her face looks wrong. It looks like her face is much brighter than the rest of her skin; though, maybe that's how you always shade things, and I just never notice.

Ark, you might just be contrasting her face with her right arm and the heaviness of the tattoo there and on her chest etc. I mean, the rest of the skin looks pretty clear to me, I recall erasing a lot of sketch lines in there.

DZ, do you mean that I may have misdrew how the rings were set in the face, or that I simply chose a bad place to put the rings?

To me, the rings look a bit too big, and their positioning feels slightly off; however, don't take my opinion for granted, since I barely know anything about this stuff. :P

Hand is too large, waistline too low/straight (should ride up in back), and line of shoulder is way too long where it extends into the back. Face is pretty good and tattoo is well done over the body contours except that sunburst at the small of her back, which doesn't seem distorted enough.
