will work on Mac and Windows since you can install shockwave. but for those with linux (like me) don't have much luck. (I made this on a windows machine)

Wow, totally not what I was expecting. Very old–school, and as such, it's really repetitive, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

The main thing I can suggest is to make Samus move faster. Currently it's like trying to maneuver a slug. There were also a fair amount of graphical glitches (such as whenever you move to the bottom of the screen, you suddenly appear in the middle again), and, in my browser at least, whenever I pressed the down key, the window would scroll (am using Firefox on OS X).

yeah, i made this back in my high school days.
I can't remember how to code the darn thing anymore.
I do remember that I could have fixed those glitches you mentioned, and that this thing was gonna have more than 4 levels. it was gonna have boses and such. But at the time I just wanted to get the thing done and over with.

hmm dunno what's with the whole scrolling down thing. That really puzzles me.
