READ THIS BEFORE ANY OTHER PART OF MY GUIDE!
I made this before I even signed up to M2K2, so I found all these by myself, (along with my friends during multiplayer). While I was searching for these glitches, I was buried in MPH, and didn't go on the internet for like a month (so I didn't know about any of them until I discovered them myself). I've either done or seen every single one of these glitches. So, if you think I copied something you found, I didn't.

1) Any Level glitches
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

Here I will explain all the glitches that can be performed in any level (excluding the morph ball training).

Super ultimately mega high jump (SUMHJ)

With this glitch you can jump all the way to the ceiling from the bottom floor of the Assault Cradle! First, you must know how to do a double bomb jump, not hard at all, required to get a few expansions in MP & MP2. You must time your bombs by setting a bomb, then just before it blows up, set another one, and then at the peak of your jump, set another bomb. You should be blasted into the air twice by two bombs. That's a double bomb jump. Perform a DBJ, then, less than half a second after the second bomb explodes, get out of morph ball mode. If performed correctly, you should go flying way high into the air. At the peak of your jump, double tap the screen to jump yet again. Also, if you only set one bomb and you get out of MB just after it explodes, you'll go flying really high. I figured this one out on accident when I was doing multiplayer with my friend. Thanks to this, I've found many other glitches. Also, you don't have to do a DBJ, you can blast yourself off with just one bomb.

Jump out of Morph Ball mode

I'm not sure if it's a glitch, but either way it's not too helpful. If you double tap the screen while in Morph Ball, but on your second tap, tap the MB icon, you'll jump while getting out of MB.

Extra Jump

Anywhere where there's a launcher (the things that propel you into the air) you can get an extra jump by double tapping the screen. It's not really a glitch, but it is useful at times.

2) Regulator Glitches
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
Here I'll explain a few Regulator Glitches.

Regulator  Secret World

Obviously you use this glitch to get out of the level, but, unfortunately, you just die. In the first room where you encounter Mochtroids (or "Xenomorphs" as they call them in survival) kill all the Metroids then get into MB and go to the wall with the three colored Chozo artifact looking things. When there, use a DBJ then get out of Morph Ball at the peak of your jump while heading towards the wall. If done correctly, you should fall through the wall and die.

Confused Dark Samus

This happened to my friend once (I was there at the time, so I saw it actually happen). When you get to Dark Samus start by getting her in front of you, with the small wall that's in front of the platform that you stand on when you first enter the room behind you. Then, jump over the wall and onto the platform. Dark Samus should get confused and continue jumping back and forth over the wall for a little bit, giving you some free time to shoot her. I think this was more just luck, cause I haven't been able to do it again.

3) Assault Cradle Glitches
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

The Assault Cradle is the area with the most glitches because it's the biggest. All these glitches work in survivor and multiplayer.

Assault Cradle Secret World

With this glitch, you are actually going through the level without the game knowing that it's supposed to load the area that you enter. There's 3 ways of doing this, all done on the same glitchy pipe. Go to either the north or south room in the level, the one with the morph ball cannon. Now jump onto the grating that surrounds the MBC and walk all the way to the top as high as you can. To your left will be a pipe. Now quickly walk to the left and aim for the top of the pipe. If performed correctly, you should go through it, and then to land on solid, invisible, ground, hold forwards. You should be in the hallway that go through to get to the lower central room, but the game doesn't know to load it because it thinks your still in the MBC room. A way to get to the top of the grating without having to walk all the way up is to go to the MBC, and like a quarter of a second after it launches you, get out of morph ball. For some reason it blasts you through the top of the grating. Another way to get into the secret world is to go into the space of the pipe (it is shaped like a "C", so you want to get in the space in the C) then just continuously jump up and down until you fall through, and then hold forwards. The room graphics don't load, but all the walls and barriers act as if they're still there! If you are doing survivor and go into the glitch land, mochtroids will surround you in groups the way they normally do. You can also see Zoomers floating around on invisible walls. In multiplayer, if another player outside the glitch world comes to you, they can see you just fine, and so can you, and you can both hurt each other, so it's only a good sniping strategy if your opponent(s) are on the upper level and you have missiles, for you can sometimes get them with the splash of the missile exploding. You can easily get back into the normal world by heading into the hallway that leads to the MBC room.

Getting to the Top

To get to the top of the Assault Cradle, first go to the upper central room, and go through any of the doors, then jump on top of the canopy that covers the entryway. Then use the SUMHJ to get to the top! It's the most interesting in the East and West rooms, cause it's got a big tower, but the big pipe thing that leads to the tower isn't solid, so you can't use it as a sniping spot. Unfortunately, there is just empty space at the top. You can also drop off to land in another secret world.

Getting to the top of the tower

In the East and west rooms, there is a tower on the platform that is straight in front of the main platform. To get to the top first jump to the platform and use a SUMHJ to get to the second level. Then walk onto one of the bars and use a SUMHJ to get to the third level. It's a really good sniping spot (since no one can see you) except for the part where you're slipping on the the slanting part.

Invisible pipes

This is quite an oddity that I discovered on accident. First, go to the spot that you start out in in survivor (it works in survivor and multiplayer) then go into the room ahead of you and take an immediate right and look at the pipes. Now go to the wall opposite it and walk to the left until you find an empty wall. Shoot at it. It should hit an invisible pipe. You can even jump onto the pipes, and be protected by them from power beam shots from your opponent!

Morph Ball Cannon Glitch

Using this, you can get into the pipe that you go through when you get shot from the MBC. Go into it through the space in the grating and before you reach the cannon, get out of MB. You can now walk around the area! If you go to the top and through the little barrier, you can use the thing you stand on as a good sniping spot, because the only way anyone can see you is if they're across the room from you. You can also get up here by using an extra jump with the boosts in the room.

Going through the grating

This is a boring glitch that's probably not worth doing (even though it's easy). Go to the upper central room and go into MB. Go over to a canopy covering an entryway and double bomb jump onto the canopy. If you make it on top, you'll be half way through the grating.

Now it's Solid—Now it's Not!

There is a series of bars on the grating around the MBC, and the lowest bar is solid from the outside, but if you use "Morph Ball Cannon Glitch" to get in, you can just walk right through it to get out!

Now it's Solid—Now it's not! II

Sometimes when you get to the top of the tower, you fall through it. It doesn't seem to happen very often and I'm not sure why you don't always stay on it.

Getting over the Wall

In the Assault cradle, there are various walls, most (if not all) of which you can jump over using the SUMHJ. In the North and South Rooms, get to the very edge of the grating that you stand on. Go over to the wall and look all the way down. Now use the SUMHJ and you should be looking down so you can get a better view. If you land on the wall, it will be solid for a while, but when you get to the slanted wall, it's not solid, and once you get to the end of it, you can just fall off. The walls in the east and west rooms are more interesting because you can get into the secret world by getting over them. Jump onto the white box-looking thing, then use the same method to get to the top of the wall as before. When you try to land on the wall, you just fall through and you can walk around. there's an odd little structure far away from the mainland and I haven't figured out why it's there yet. It's kinda like a buoy, though, because once you go past it you just fall off and die.

4) Ancient Vestige Glitches
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

Here, there are only two glitches I have found because this level is so small and here they are.

Getting out of the Level

This isn't too hard if you've got the SUMHJ down. Just go to the upper level and use it to jump out. Unfortunately, you just die.  I have yet to find a space you can stand on outside of the level. You can also use the SUMHJ in the little hallway with the Double Damage to get a good look at the large structure in the background.

Stand up in the Morph Ball Tunnel

Just like the previous jump out of the level, but before going into MB, move your view so you're looking down at the ground. Instead of going out of the level though, land in the morph ball tunnel. You're now standing in the MB tunnel! Unfortunately, you can still be hit by your opponents.

6) Trooper Module Glitches
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

There are only a few glitches in this area because it's such a limited level.

Trooper Module Secret World

This is kinda hard to explain, so I'll try and get a picture for it later. Go towards the edge of the big open room, where there's nothing on the wall to get in your way. Stay about two MB lengths away from the wall, and use the SUMHJ and go towards the wall. If you did it right and you went far enough towards thee wall, you should fall out of the level and die. You can get closer to the wall if you need to.

Non-Solid Computers

Go to the center platform in the main room and use the SUMHJ. You will go right through some computers that are hanging off the ceiling. It's pretty neat, but gets boring after like the third time.

Dodging the MBC

To get onto the grating that the MBC is on, just get out of MB before you get blasted away. There's not much to see except a computer coming off the wall that you can walk through. You can also use a DBJ to get onto it.

Love that one... lol...  Laughing

Anyway. Great job finding all these on your own.
Thanks! Also, do you know if the SW's for Trooper Module and Regulator have already been found? It's pretty odd that you can make your way into a secret world that is in a closed room.  :?
Actually, i don't know... it's possible that they're already found.
