thankfully, my capture card can record pictures, and heres my first speed run! i honestly think i did pretty good

Well it's a little more than 3 minutes more than my 100% speed run time :)

Edit: Dunno about the others though, but I think, for a first time run, that time is quite good imho. Just forgot to mention that :D

I know. I think it's pretty good for a first speed run. Maybe on his other runs, he was just enjoying the game and took hours to beat it, without noting any ways to make a faster run.

Time bomb set get out fast!
And even if you're following a very fast route, it takes practice to be able to move through it quickly.  You need to remember the little stuff like locations of platforms and enemies.  My ZM route didn't change much between my 1:30 and my 0:49, but I was better at executing it.

yeah, circa probably remembers the fusion board at gamefaqs. it never had the kind of culture the prime board did (or, at least, the sequence breaking topic), so it was pretty much a waste of time to be a legit runner there.
