You'll find that kind of thing with ANY online game, unfortunately. No matter how much time we get to play, there will ALWAYS be somebody who is farther along than you are. (Just look at the many MMORPGs: Dungeons and Dragons Online, for example, has only been out about a month and a half and there are already tons of level 10 Characters [The highest level at this time])

I'm new so my scores are not that good... but I'm able to beat three **-CPU's. :D
I spent a whole 48 hours in 8th for consecutive kills until some other people got smart and figured out why their counts were resetting after each match... Now I'm 14th. <_< When I get a chance I'm going to get back up there though, maybe to #1 if I have enough time (now that I know how to do it...).
The highest I've ever been is around 300 if I recall: That was a few weeks after the game came out when I was playing it almost every day until my battery needed to charge.
I'm just happy that I finally broke out of the 35-55 point range. I'm now about 20 points or so from Elite Hunter. I've been doing quite well recently, now that I am beginning to develop strategies for those cheap maneuvers.
You know, I believe he's actually on my rival list, strangely enough. I was looking at the Wi-Fi page on Nintendo.com the other day to see how I was doing compared to everybody, and I noticed I had him. (He was around rank 30 or so if I recall, so I have a feeling that it's the same person)
I have some other guy named Cooper who is around 80th overall. I bet I grabbed both of them early on when I was up near 300th, since I've had Cooper for a while now.
Supposedly, there is somebody out there that has the name of one of the Nintendo guys (Was one of the NOA_..... guys) and everybody keeps emailing him to see if it was really him. Saw it in the Nintendo news a few days ago.
