I think that it's pretty cool game by itself, at least Pinball isn't ruining the series as we know it.

Yeah, everyone thought it would do just that, and now it seems to have turned out OK. Strange though, because no-one thought Pokemon Pinball would ruin that series as we know it (I don't think so, anyway).

nobody thought Metroid Pinball had any effect on the metroid series. It's an entirely different genre. We didn't think Pokemon Pinball would ruin it either, because...well, most of us were already sick of pokemon. :P
