By now we're all familier with the speedy way to kill mother brain, which is to jump over the eye beam, land, and shoot a super, then retreat to the back block and repeat till dead. I was just practicing this, when  I discovered that if you shoot the initial super missile at her, then do a spin-jump to the left and shoot a super diagonal down-left so that it hits more or less the instant she shoots, she won't start another eye close thing, instead she'll act as though you didn't hit her, which allows for two supers per eye beam. Quite speedy.

I'm curious as to if that is faster than the 2 missiles + 1 super method.

How about 2 missile and 2 supers? If that works, then how about 2 missiles, a super, then 2 missiles and a super?

Hmm... I also discovered that you can time it so that the super goes through the eye beam right as she shoots, but it's harder than shit... I prefer to hang out on the left platform and just jump straight up and shoot, then spin back down to it incase there's a turret shot below me. I also found a good route to get a 00:32:xx escape, although so far my best time is like 00:32:27, so it's cutting it close.
