Which of those enemies do you hate the most?
Darkling Tentacle (3)
Dark Pirate Commando (11)
Rezbit (6)
Sporb (2)
Hunter Ing (2)
Mekenobite (1)
Every game forum has to have at least one of those threads, so I've created one. Of course, I couldn't put ALL the creatures in the game into the poll, so I chose some of the ones I found to be annoying. Bosses don't count, I only put normal enemies here.

Darkling tentacle: those dark tentacle things. They're annoying because it's sometimes hard to hit them, so you just have to wade through taking damage.
Dark Pirate Commando: those annoying guys that you can't hit properly until you get dark visor.
Rezbit: those little things that can sometimes hack your suit (some security, eh?).
Hunter Ing:: those floating octopus/jellyfish creatures that can phase in and out of existense. Look damn cool, but can be annoying.
Sporb: those plant things that grab your morph ball. Often seen near morph ball paths.
Mekenobite: those two-legged things that cling to the ceiling in the room next to the Sanctuary Fortress energy controller.

If I missed something, well, too bad.

Personally, I choose Rezbit, because they kept knocking me down that room in Sancuaty Fortress where you have to climb to the top. And they can take quite some punishment. It was a close call between that and Dark Pirate Commando, though.

(edit: I just realized, it's Rezbit, not Aezbit. Stupid in-game font + sitting far away from the TV! But I can't change the poll option text now, so meh) (edit: oh wait, someone fixed it for me, thanks :)
Thread title:
Darkling Tentacles are annoying, but one hit and they vanish.
Dark Pirate Commandos are just evil, though they do get better with the Dark Visor.
Rezbit... How I hate them.  However, timing is everything, and if you can get off two Super Missiles before they start trying to hack you then you won't have to worry.
Hunter Ing's are a mild nuisance.  I've long since learned not to bother with locking on.
Sporb's are merely annoying.
Mekenobites would certainly be number one if it weren't for the fact that I've only encountered them in one place.

So... I guess I'll have to go with Dark Pirate Commandos.
Dark Pirate Commando.
More annoying than the pirates in Prime...

The music...

They lock doors...

Multiple shots even with light beam...

The appear behind you and disrupt your visor with kind of an EMP...

Evil or Very Mad

edit: oh and I wasn't able to screw attack them properly.
Enemies which I can't screw attack suck Evil or Very Mad
Hmm rezbits r actually quite easy to kill  :D  One charged dark beam shot will make them freeze after 0.5 secs, then just fire a normal missile at them and gone they r  :D
...or screw attack them while you are jumping by ;)

Look in the strategies thread.
I chose the Commando, not because they are hard (With the whole Dark Beam and Missile trick that most enemies fall to), but because they are this games version of those annoying CHOZO GHOSTS from Prime: At least with those you could escape them most of the time. With the pirates it seems that one in every two battles or so is neccessary to either live or get out of the room.

I do love the music for both of their battles, but after a while it does begin to annoy me. (Especially when you are doing a low% run and you suddenly hear it. Evil or Very Mad )

The Rezbits get second place: Mainly since they were a real pain at first, until the whole Dark Beam and Missile trick worked for them. (I really think the disabling of the suit maneuver they do is a genius idea: It is done very nicely, until you are mid jump over a pit and you go nuts...)
I know most people will vote the dark pirate commando, but I absolutely LOATHE the sporb.  Stupid thing...
Does hitting the Commando with a charged Dark Shot followed up by a missile not take them out?

The most annoying enemy is the one in the mountain fortress, the floating ball that hacks your suit and gives you a virus! SUCH A PAIN!!!! So yeah they get my vote... whatever their name is.

I actually don't hate any of those too much. The Rezbits are very, very, very easy to kill quickly. One charged Dark Beam shot and one missile is all it takes. And you have plenty of time to get those two shots off before they hack your suit.

EDIT: Oh wait, I didn't see the Mekenobite as an option. Oh. My. God. I hate those things. You have to hit them in so many freakin spots with the Seeker Missiles, and there's basically no way to avoid taking damage if you try to fight them. They made the Spider Guardian a bit tough, because I had already lost two tanks on the Mekenobites.
What luck, there's french fry stuck in my beard.
Meknobites are just no fun.  They're too common of an enemy for their weakness to be Seeker Missiles...

plus, they make an annoying racket (lot of noise), especially with the echo visor on.

edit: voted dark pirate commando. fusion'd.

I only remember them being in the Sanctuary Temple. Is there another place that I forgot about? Cause I normally just go past them.
lvl 28 Magic Leper
The Mekonobite easily wins this award in my opinion. It always hits me before I lock onto it's legs and I have to keep trying over and over again. I usually just try to avoid these enemies but in one hallway the two that are there basically block your way. I haven't checked to see if Screw Attack kills them yet though.
What luck, there's french fry stuck in my beard.

Yeah, they're in like one other room.

That's still too common for those bastards, though.
PAGE BREAKER
Ready and willing.
Those guys are nothing compared to the Bloggs. They hit you a lot, you have to be around them for a while without Gravity (which means you can't really run away), and they never ever seem to actually be vunerable when charging you.

Dark Pirate Commandos are familiar enough, plus you usually have some light beacons nearby. Mekenobites don't pop up enough for their annoyingness to really sink in. Rezbits start out as very annoying (yet cool), but once you realize you can freeze and shatter them, they're pretty much cake. The other three aren't annoying at all/are incredibly easy to avoid.
Dark Pirate Commando, though they're only a nuisance once you have the Dark Visor.

Rezbits are EASY. Charge up one dark beam shot to freeze them and hit them with like 5 more plain dark beam shots and voila.
Dark Pirate Commando, and only because of the door lock phenomenon.  Ideally, I would think that once the dark visor is collected, their fights ought to be optional.  Once you have a 100% game that you just want to explore and goof off with, they are by far the most tedious.
Dark Pirate Commando's, annoying stupid little chozo ghost ripoffs and YOU CAN'T FUCKING SKIP THEM THIS TIME >_<
Add Grenchlers and/or Dark Grenchlers. Then I'll vote for them.
I'm gonna have to go with eliscape on this one.  Even if they can be defeated in one blow with a Power Bomb, they're still annoying beyond all imagination.  Anyone think this is just a revised Baby Sheegoth from Prime?

Of course it is, but I personally don't think they were as hard the first time around as the Baby Sheegoths were.
Yeah all those guys are pathetically weak compared to the almighty Grenchler.
