the hair looks too much like crinkled up aluminum foil to me, but it might not be that bad. Just the head-line being visible underneath the hair (and not just in the gaps in the hair), and maybe her lack of kneecap.

I'm not entirely sure about the lighting effects. I imagine the source of light on either side might either land to the side of them and hit their front sides a little, especially in the face. I'm curious about the angle it has to be to avoid shading in front of the ear, too. There must be like four sources of light for that to make sense.

The bold, black hairlines look terrible to me, but besides that, it looks great. Lighting issues don't really bother me as much as they do other people.
