No, that's not the quote. The actual quote uses "sounds", not "looks".

Anyways, the new version looks much better than the older ones, but I'm not sure how I feel about all those watermarks in the bottom-right corner. It feels a tad too cluttered.

Paraphrasing then. Besides, I think it really does look Borgish with all the cube shapes on her mask, reminds me of First Contact a lot actually... Not that she looks like the Borg Queen, just the cubes and the surrounding space...

Speaking of TNG, I think it could make a very interesting FPS in the vein of Corruption, fly the Enterprise to unexplored planets, beam down, uncover ancient artifacts that give you new abilities, plus space battles. I'm nerdgasming as I type...
