I got a 1:13 single segment with GA route. I have a pic of the end time put it is not very good quality (1.3 mexapixel camera on my phone!)
I do have the splits that got me 1:13. Three major mistakes in this run: Took a long time to do the ghetto in temple assembly site (lost a minute at least), Screwed up the wallcrawl into Torvus and the room didn't load around me and I also fell all the way to the bottom(lost a minute), and terrible final bosses (lost two minutes). I don't know why I always mess up easy tricks and nail all the hard ones...how ironic.

I'm getting it mostly with floaty, I think. But my setup for landing on the wall thingie is fairly consistent for getting floaty.
I should be able to knock my time down a lot. I essentially wasted all the time I got from GA by making up the route and having it go terribly, and then trying to remember how to fight Spider Guardian during the Spider Guardian fight (and then remembering why I hate that fight so much). I'm honestly surprised that time was as good as it was, given how horribly a lot of things went.
I won't be doing another run until I learn GA route, though, so I won't beat that PB for a while.

So you're saying now that you have equipment, you want to get back into weekly races
Oh yeah, and on the subject of recording equipment, the audio on my stream seems to desync sometimes. Any idea why? I'm using the LGP Stream Engine and OBS. The desync gets fixed if I restart the stream.

yes it does, im pretty sure you cannot jump over the crystal block in the Path of eyes on PAL, which costs probably like a second or something.

nah... my pb is really bad.. i'd do quad skip with 3 tanks before. hive dash is really annoying. i'd do it when my pb would be like 1:03 or something.. really not needed... screw it... really.... but quad skip with 3 tanks would be a nice time gain though.... (and it really is not that difficult just the first part sucks cause aetherjumping -_-) whatever i have enough stuff to deal with right now anyways. (skipping the e tank saves about 50 seconds hive dash does save less as far as i know, also its a lot harder but less stressful)

Those runs are old as fuck, and yes they did take advantage of glitches.

Can we not start another stupid category split thing? Why do you want ridiculously outdated runs to suddenly look like "top tier" or whatever? It's up to the runners to keep up with the new strats if they want to update their times (plus, their runs clearly use glitches <_< )

Well; i think i could potentially beat DJGrenola's old segmented any% in just a few days so, well those runs are really old and not that difficult to beat.
