Flash trace technique, how I love thee. :D It's actually helped me become better at freehanding.

A lot of people find it odd that I use a trac-ball to draw too. A lot of people also run screaming away from my PC because of said trac-ball :D

Run away from a track-ball? Pathetic, truly pathetic. I use my laptops track-pad for drawing, as well as everything else I need a mouse for. I'm actually as good with it as I am with a normal mouse. I used to own a track-ball, and was as good with that too. I just can't understand people who don't like them, I got used to them really quickly.

I think they make drawing a lot easier. I feel way more precision with a trac ball and using my fingers than dragging something around with my entire hand. I find it more efficient than a mouse for everything, including normal computer activities. I won't use anything else :D

that final colored image is simply awesome! have you ever considered getting photoshop? not that you need it......

Yeah, i hate to be snobby(and i really do too) but i beg to differ on that little part right there. Its good, i'll give it that, but you cannot fully judge a pic until it is completly finished. Its just like, judging a book by its cover or judging someone before you meet them; you must give this time before going off the deep end(14 ARROWS!?!?!?!?). I'll wait till the end product before i post what i think of it, but so far, so good.

That's just the BASE shading? If that were my drawing, I'd happily call that finished and be proud of it. I'm not giving a rating until it's declared finished, but I can't see it failing to get a full 5/5.
