added a "clear cookie" link so that people in xoc's situation won't have to lose all their cookies anymore. also upgraded metamorphosis as a whole to better support safari 2.0, which was inexplicably failing to call window.onunload(), which was preventing the cookie from getting set. due to this upgrade, everyone will need to set their preferred style again. sorry about that.
