With a different developer that game coulda been amazing. It had a great concept. But the shoddy controls and often frustrating gameplay made it sub-par, imo. And the fact that they MADE you cheat to 100% the game is just the most retarded thing ever.

amazing how a company can go from a 2d sidescrolling stunt based unicycle racing game... all the way to GTA3 and GTA:VC.

Anyway, my fave RPG overall is also chrono trigger, followed closely by Skies of Arcadia.

Is Rockstar North the one company that made the over popular game "Grand Theft Auto Vice City"?

Green, I have one quick question about your sig. Where is the first quote from? The one with biscuit-dough hands man? It doesn't seem familiar, but I'd like to know where it was spawned. And uh, maybe he was just using that "Ha, this game sucks, that company sucks, and YOU suck" I'm not sayign he was acting like that, but just the tone of how that would be said might be proof that he meant it as more of a joke.

Truely I did not entirely read the entire post, I am sory. Also I know were he got his biscuit-dough hands man from. It was from Homestar Runner.com, with Strong Bad being thrown in jail.

Has anyone ever killed those Torte and Apprentice guys? I've been able to do 5 damage to one of them before.

This is really going to sound like I'm bragging, and I'll only say this...

I am. :D

I like to get the Ultra Jump before the Hammer Bros, 'cuz that makes me powerful enough to kill them both in one go, with a well placed and timed Ultra Jump. :P (They're weak to Jump attacks.)

As for Culex, my record stands at beating him using no revival tools, healing only three times (full party), and beating him in less than four minutes. Beat that. ;) Oh, and no cheating, nor killing the crystals either. ;)

I loved that game so much, unfortunately I had to make a sacrifice to my sister to get my GC so I had to give my SNES and All the games I had for it to her, however I just found the Rom for it and might download that.. I never could beat that last guy.. How much Hp did he have anyway?!

That's why I wondered if you could kill them. I tried over and over to see if it could happen.

The 1st form has 2000. The second form has 8000 (the part you have to kill)
