and what about making a new beam?
Thread title:
I like Big Butts and I can not lie
You can do anything within the limitations of the SNES hardware if you know assembly
I hope you're not going to make a new topic for every single thing you're trying to add to your hack. First go learn assembly, according to Kejardon, and things will go from there. Also, there's a SMILE sticky you know? You can ask your questions there, also you should read that topic if you want to find out more about this hacking stuff.
Green-Kirby, ROAR!
Actually, Editing the speed off the beams area easy. You do that in hex, Making new beams? Well you can always edit the beam sprites and pallet that is the easy way. If you want some new effects you will have to code them in.

I think Kej have notes on where the beam speed (and damage) Is stored.
Meri Kurisumasu! ^_^
This is rather off-topic, but 1 question mark is far more than enough.
