Ready and willing.
It's h.264 or whatever and that's probably the problem... older versions of Quicktime just turn it into a ripped Quicktime icon when you click on it, which is rather unenlightening. (At least that's the Windows plugin's behavior on my machine, at any rate.) It looks much more like a missing movie file than a file that's there, but can't be played yet.
