Because I raped CodeBreaker.
Skipped Mother Brain, As well as Kraid and Ridley. For items that I skipped, bombs, missiles, super missiles, even the morph ball!
I tried, of course to kill the bosses, but everytime I tried to go to Tourian, the Emulator crashed. I even attacked Mother Brain from behind! Samus zipped through Mother Brain in a second and fell into the lava. Then the Emu crashed :(...
So, I went straight to Chozodia. I didn't even bother to kill the Chozo Jesus, so I went to Mecha Rid. For my surprise, the Emu didn't crash at the Mecha Ridley Fight! So, I just escaped after killing Mech, and got a 0 % completion rate.

Did you have your suit at chozodia? Did you fight Mecha Ridley with your suit?
If not, how did you kill it?

I did not have any suit but The Power Suit. I went through the back door of Chozodia so I didn't have that Suitless Samus Sequence. I killed Mecha Ridley with my Power Suit, and with the CodeBreaker code "Shoot Super Missiles instead of normal shots"
