he went by a different username (ray1). making a new one like that is against forum policy, but i'm honestly not worried about it. people have changed nicks before (mangadood, mr potter, lecourier), so this is no different really.

For many reasons, my old account can not be used by me anymore because my password was changed by someone and I do not know who. I bet it was my bro screwing around. Do any of you guys remember my brother playing as wolf in brawl? He was a laser spammer..... But he was still a good player until I started pwning with meta knight.

If you want ray1 back, I would be able to go in and reset the password. However, the trade off would be that I'd have to shut down this new account, and your pretty new sig would go to waste. PM me if you want to set it up.

Btw, I made that sig using photoshop and gimp 2.6. I have to say though, I am starting to like gimp better. I took up gimp and PS during my time off.

Do any of you guys think we should change these forums a little? I went to WiiUsers.com, and that was a blast. We should make metroid 2002 like WiiUsers. We could have a sig of the month contest. We could post pictures on our profiles and pretty much make it a little like facebook. Just an idea.

You can't just make the forum 'fun' like that, it depends heavily on the community to make it fun, and so far most of the fun kind of people that you are talking about are banned (iiiiiiiii <3). Sorry that last part about 9i was uncalled for, I won't do it again. When you say post pictures of ourselves on our profile like face book are you talking about; Little teenagers photoshoping themselves to look older, older teenagers posing all gangster, girls in tight little bikinis, or fat girls trying to look cute (bleh).

It is not a horrible idea, it's a perfectly good idea with visible flaws that cover up the goodness. you say M2K2 is M2K2, and that making it like any other site would steal it's uniqueness, but you see you're wrong. If we made M2K2 into something like old-people-get-together-and-talk-about-old-stuff.org then it would stay the same... except I wouldn't be here, thus making it loose all of it's uniqueness.

Don't forget this forum is an extention of the main site, which maintains a minimalist philosophy. Also don't forget that the focus here is and always will be sequence breaking and speed running, and anything that takes us further from that focus is, in the end, a detriment.

So what I'm saying is that those are fucking awful suggestions.
