IBBF on Trilogy.

I've gotten all the way to the Chozo Ghost room and I cannot get passed it. I can't get the distance to the ledge underneath the bomb slots. I can get to that room every time and I've gotten the wallcrawl down but that damn jump to the bomb slots from the little ledge that pops out is impossible for me. Any tips?

The ledge extends a bit further out on the left next to it, so you can jump on the left and then jump below the bomb slots.

So what would I get if I managed a sub 1:20? Because I have a very different route than you but I have to run Trilogy and there is a lot of very precise stuff I gotta do. But I am hoping for a 1:05 to 1:20. I want to run a Metroid game and I want to run Prime but I am nowhere near Miles skill level or anybody for that matter. But I think I can do Trilogy.

I've been on these forums since 2004. I just never made an account 'till recently. I know most of the tricks. I just don't have a memory card for my Wii. Hell I've even said before I have 3 copies of the original 00-0 disk.

I run this here hotel of an evening

with a soft modded wii you can use Nintendont and set it to use "memcard emulation".

on the other hand you could buy a memory card to use with said wii.
