I think I sequence broke a little too hard. Any idea if it's possible to get out of?

I don't SM sequence break so I couldn't help you anyway, but I imagine you should probably provide more context than just a screenshot. What did you do? What do you have? That sort of thing.

uhm you could go to the room to the right, go down with the morph ball below the blocks and keep going left and drop down the 2nd last hole and this totally doesn't even require any tricks, like GGGing the gate or escaping via forgotten highway.
