I do think this is though, but i never heard of it being done in any metroid game to date.

I think it is possible to do a bomb jump at a slant. I kinda started to do it unitentionally, but i noticed that i might be able to do it for an infinite amount, like the regular. You see, if you move to the left or right right before the bomb goes off, and it will send you up at an angle, and i think that if you keep up the bombing, you could, i dont know, do something useful with it. I think i'm ognna go look into this a little more...

Yes, that's called a diagonal bomb jump or bomb ladder. You can do it in most every Metroid game, including Prime excluding Fusion. But then, you can't do much with bombs at all in Fusion.
