That would certainly be ideal, but I don't think it's feasible without a great deal of effort. Maybe after everything else is done, Saber or nate will take a look at the really tough shit like that.

Saber, can you make it so that when you click on the m2k2 logo at the top, it takes you to the forum root? I've been doing that since I've been here, I can't vouch for anyone else though. I just visit the main site that infrequently.

agreed. it's a bit confusing if it takes you to the m2k2 site.

I agree with Starman, as the logo does say "forum" (the "Home" button does the same thing, but oh well). I do, however, think there should be a link to the main site as well.

Also, dunno if this is even feasible, but is anyone for rearranging the buttons at the top ("Home", "Help", etc.)? I feel "Help" should be closer to the end of the list, either before or after "Logout". "Search" should be closer to the end as well.

What about how it shows New/Old PMs status?  I thought that was displayed before.  Unless I'm thinking of something else.  Nevermind.

edit: At the bottom of the forum there is the 'Simple Machines' symbols for New Posts and No New Posts, and not the Armored Samus (new) and Suitless Samus (none).

Hmm... I just noticed that the "favorite game" thing is gone... Then again, with the new custom title-thing it wouldn't be hard for a user to just write it out... And yeah, BioSpark's idea for tab order does sound much better than the way things are now.

i read that custom profile fields are a feature of smf 2.0 (the next version of the current forum software). this could be used to bring favorite metroid game back.
