Hi guys this is my first post here.

I have recently started speed running Prime on the Wii Trilogy version.
Recently I figured out how to do the BJS to get to the spider ball track in the Furnace.
This should allow me to get Ice beam right after wave beam in my route, but I found out there is an invisible block stopping me.

I have read online that the Japanese New Play Control! Metroid Prime version does not have this block, so I would like to get a copy of it.

I have had a really hard time finding one online though so I am hoping someone here would know how to buy games like that.

Also off topic, but if anyone knows how I could contact DF6780 to be able to talk to him I would greatly appreciate that as well.
His videos have been incredibly helpful for me and I would like to be able to thank him and talk to him.



Also lastly, the JPN version works on a US Wii right? I don't know why it wouldn't but please tell me if it won't work for some reason.

the wii is not region free. a japanese disc won't work without a softmod.

How would I go about doing that? Do I have to buy a new Japanese Wii console or can I do something to change my current wii?
If it matters I have a rather old Wii.

If you want to play a Japanese game on an American Wii, you can install the Homebrew Channel using some exploit as described at http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Homebrew_Channel, then run a game launcher like http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Gecko_OS.
