How do I get this!?

I'm doing 100% game and I have everything but one Power Bomb expansion. I know where it is, but I can't get to it. It's in the room behind where you fought the boss of Sector 2. You know where there is a Missle Expansion behind a SpineSpark Barrier at the bottom.
Anyway the Bomb expansion is at the top and the floor is breakable and it goes three times. You also can't spinespark across because there is a balcony too low and you smack your head when you try. Could someone tell me or show me how, PLZ?

impossible for me to describe this early in the morning ... also, my copy of fusion got thrown away, so i can't make a vid. :/ check out w.dawgs's 100% single seg; it's in there somewhere.

It took me about a month to find out how to get that tank. After that, it took me two tries. First, you start at the left side of the room. Build up a speed boost and crouch (shinecharge) at the end. Space jump up onto the platform (before the incline) and shinespark to the right. You will run across the pit blocks, much like Dash runs across water in The Incredibles. At the end, crouch. Jump up to the next platform and repeat. At the end of the third set of blocks, head up to the fourth one. This is where you have to be careful. At the end of the fourth one, there is a step. You MUST shinecharge before you hit this or you will not be able to get the tank. Then jump up and spark again. You will crash through a wall and into a tank. It is more easily explained in a video, so if you don't get it from my explanation, watch W. Dawgs's run.
