You have to have the full registered version of Quicktime, and save the VBA videos (or GBA captured videos) as Full Frames Uncompressed AVIs. Then you open the video with Quicktime, and go to File
Export, and choose MPEG4 as the final format.

well, it's a lot more complicated than that due to bugs with vba, but yeah, that's the basic outline.
