How do you make a video from either an emulator or console Metroid game? If there is a topic already concerning this please redirect me.

as for emulation, there's no info there about that. in vba you just go to record movie under tools or whatever, and it makes .vsomething file(s), which you upload. much smaller than full quality avi video, and better, because it enables me to make full quality avi video for posting on the site.
