I just got the grapple beam and my second dark temple key. The hint system tells me to go get the second key, but where it tells me to go is blocked by a power bomb door. So where do I find the power bombs to get my last key?
Was I supposed to get the power bombs before the grapple beam?

You're not supposed to get the Power Bombs yet.  Find another way around the door.

IIRC, for the 3rd key you need to go down to the watery area in Torvus Bog (light world; that "circular ring" looking part of the map, where you got Gravity Booster), and take one of the 4 portals there to get to it.

I didn't label the key numbers for the first 2 sets, so I don't have the room labelled..

Oh well, that's what next time is for.
